Orian’s POV
Today, me and Meyer are gonna go to date. Just thinking about it makes me feel so good. I know it’s already evening, but Silas also said that go to date, there are so many places here which are great.
That’s why me and Meyer leaves from there and went to the city and told the driver to take us to the most beautiful place of the pack. And he did that.
He took us to the beautiful bridge of the city. If we stand on that bridge, down there, there is a river, which is said to flow by the mountains, and that river’s water is always cold. But in the night, if we stand on that bridge with our partner and ask a wish, our wish gets fulfilled.
Just thinking about it makes me excited, and when we reach there, we saw many couples were standing there while holding their partner’s hand, and some were kissing each other. Me and Meyer also went on that bridge and stood while looking down at the river. Our reflection was visible on the river.
"Isn’t it beautiful, Meyer?" I asked and noticed he was looking at me while stretching his hand.
Wait, does he want to hold my hand? Shit, how come I didn’t pay attention to him? I hope I didn’t hurt him. That’s why I grabbed his hand very quickly.
"Orian, if you won’t regret being with me, then let’s make a wish together." I nod.
We both closed our eyes while looking down from the bridge, and I made a wish that me and Meyer should be happy with each other for the rest of our life. I don’t know if our wish is really gonna get fulfilled or not, but still I asked.
And after that, when I opened my eyes, I saw Meyer was still making a wish. His face was so serious, his eyes were closed. And in a few minutes, he opened his eyes and found me looking at him. His ears turned red seeing that, and I noticed other omegas who were looking at him. I know Silas’s mates are really nice ’cause they have given new clothes to Meyer ’cause he didn’t bring any—he just came to meet me.
Still, I am grateful to them. But now when Meyer looks this handsome, he has more options now, which are finer than me. What if he leaves me for another omega? What will I do then?
