Silas’s POV
"Silas, you’re awake? Finally, you sleepyhead. How long are you going to sleep? You were sleeping the whole journey. And even now, it’s been two hours since you’ve been sleeping," Orian said.
And I was shocked because it’s been two hours since I’ve been sleeping, but I feel like I only closed my eyes for 10 seconds or 1 minute, I think. But it’s been two hours already? Oh gosh!
"Where is Damon?"
"Don’t know. He put you down on the bed and left without saying anything. And since we are brothers, we are going to stay in one room. I hope it won’t bother you. ’Cause, who knows if you wanted to share a room with your mate?"
"Orian, why are you talking like this? Like... Why would I be... disappointed? I’m gonna share a room with my brother, obviously. And they are my mate. After marriage, I will share a room with them. But before marriage, I will share with you. Don’t worry."
I sit up. My whole body was paining—I think I slept in the carriage. That must be the reason. I stretch both my hands up.
"And what happened between you and Meyer? Did you two sort things out or not?"
"Well, everything is fine now. And he changed his mind. He said that he would work hard so that we can be in a relationship."
