"No, he didn’t treat me badly. He treated me very well. But even after this, he’s telling me that we can’t be together. And I’m not a fool, right, Dad? So why would I run after him when he’s saying again and again that he can’t be with me, even if we love each other?"

So what I was thinking was right. That fool Meyer doesn’t have any brain. He is brainless. How can he say that again and again to my brother that they can’t be together? I’m gonna smack that Meyer. And that too, very hard.

After that, Dad really comforted Orian, and he cried for half an hour. His eyes were puffed. After that, he calmed down and was sitting there. Just like he was sitting. I could see the pain in his eyes. And this is all because of that Meyer.

And Dad got ready to send me and Orian with these four Alphas. Dad said that he did check the background of all four of them—what type of people they are, how they behave with Omegas.

And Dad said, there was no scandal about them being with any Omega till now. Dad was feeling sad that I had come back from another pack just a few days ago. Now I am leaving again, and that too with Orian.

And just then, Dad’s personal assistant came there with a letter in his hand. He handed over that letter to Dad. But when Dad read the name of the sender, he quickly put that letter inside his pocket and smiled at us.
