Silas’s POV
As we all left from there, I still didn’t know where to go. We were all walking. I was in the middle. Damon was right beside me, and Theron was beside him, on my right side. On my left side, Lysander was walking, and Kael was beside him.
"So, Silas, where are we going now?" Damon asked.
"Well, I don’t know where we are going, because I’m just walking with you all. That’s all. There is no particular place in my mind."
I was just giggling after saying this, and suddenly I saw a few people from this town coming from ahead, and as they caught sight of me, they stepped aside on the road. I know they all know I am the prince. Still, they shouldn’t give me any special treatment. As we passed by them, I smiled at them.
"I think your people really do love you," Lysander said. My eyes turned to him. He was looking behind at those people. And he was not wrong. Yeah, my people love me very much because I’m a kind prince. It’s not like I have an attitude about that nor am I flexing, but yay. This is something I know about myself.
"Well, you are not technically wrong. My people indeed love me, and I love them too. They depend on us. But I didn’t know much about your pack."
"People in our pack are also very nice. But sometimes it feels like they’re scared of us. Because if we leave aside the Omegas, who rarely come in front of us, they only admire us from far away. I heard some Alphas gossiping around that everyone’s scared of us," Lysander said.
I nodded and looked ahead while joining both my hands behind me. It was something that I liked to do while walking. Of course, if we walk normally, I get tired so soon. That’s why, if we do something unusual, it gives us the energy to do more and walk more.
