Silas’s POV
"Well, I have never thought of taking advantage of you, even if I am interested in you. So don’t worry about it."
I didn’t really want to lie to Damon. But if I told him that I know self-defense, or that I know why he was touching me, I don’t think he would be interested in me.
Because it looked like he only liked those omegas who are innocent, weak. So, if he wants that, for him, I can pretend to be weak.
And there is nothing wrong in pretending. It’s not like I’m committing a bigger sin than I already have in my life.
I’ve done worse than this, so lying to Damon is nothing hard for me. It’s easy.
"Damon, why don’t we take a nap first? Look, the weather is very nice outside. And the air is very cold. It’s perfect."
I said, because I also wanted to take a nap, and the weather was nice. Furthermore, I wanted to lie down with Damon, so yes.
"Sure, why not? Because I don’t think the snowfall is going to stop anytime soon. So why would we drain our energy by staying in this kind of weather?" he replied and lay down on the bed.
He holds the pillow in both hands, even while resting his head on it. I also lie down and pull the quilt over me, because yes, I was feeling cold.
I don’t know about him. He must be used to staying in this cold weather, but I’m not. So it was very cold for me.
