The next day, Han Yu met his companions and followed his usual routine of reducing the 'burden' of money from his customers.
He didn't tell his companions about his encounter with the ghost, as he wished to keep the 'secret master' a secret. Then there was also the matter of beast meat.
'If Fat Kui finds out about it, he'll pester me nonstop to get some for himself. And if he learns that I get it for free, he'll definitely come along with me,' Han Yu thought to himself. Dan Hu was another problem. Unlike Fat Kui, who would want to eat the meat himself, Dan Hu was money-minded and would see a business opportunity. If he found out, he'd immediately start scheming ways to sell the free beast meat, which would be a disaster. Not only would it invite the attention of the beast meat vendors, but also the hunters.
