The Evil Monarch still believed he was in an illusion, and he roared, then immediately attacked.
"Die!" Maiev blocked in front of Johnnie, and with her divine power, she easily bound him in place.
Johnnie looked at the one who seemed to be going crazy, and he was a bit curious about what kind of illusion this guy had gone through.
He said, "Wake up, this isn’t an illusion anymore."
"Huh?" The Evil Monarch looked around, his expression was a bit confused. When he saw it was the familiar Demon Lair, he finally relaxed a bit.
Then, he looked at Johnnie with a furious expression and shouted, "You lowlife human, you broke your promise! You said you wouldn’t attack us, but why did you trap us here?"
"I only said I wouldn’t kill you. I never said I’d let you go." Johnnie looked innocent.
"You!" The Evil Monarch was furious. He finally realized he had been tricked by this human.
Johnnie interrupted him, "Okay, I’ll give you a chance. Tell me how to leave the Demon Lair, and I’ll let you go completely."
"Huh? Ha ha!" The Evil Monarch laughed out loud when he heard that. "Human, do you think I’m stupid? The task you gave us had loopholes. You’re obviously trying to take us out of the Demon Lair and kill us!"
"You’re pretty smart." Johnnie said coldly. It wasn’t surprising that this guy could sense it.
