Johnnie sneered, "The Evil Monarch is already dead. Do you think I still care about you?"
The group opened their mouths, but for a moment, they had nothing to say.
"Human, how can we possibly be spared?" one of the Demon Kings asked, unwillingly.
To beg a human for mercy was a disgrace for the Demonic Creatures.
"Let you go?" Johnnie hesitated for a moment. He thought about the last time he threatened the Sky Blue City’s Lord, who was now trapped in the Canvas of Illusions, suffering endlessly.
He looked at the Demon Kings and smiled as he spoke, "If you want to live, give me 100 Dark-Spirit Pearls and 10 Fossils of Creation. I’ll let you go."
"What?" one of them gasped in shock, angrily saying, "Human, you’re seriously underestimating us. We don’t have any Fossil of Creation on us. As for the Dark-Spirit Pearls, we only have ten. If you let us go, we’ll give you all the Dark-Spirit Pearls we have."
The others nodded in agreement.
Ten?
Johnnie was a bit surprised. He had just said it off the top of his head. Usually, when a Demon King died, only two Dark-Spirit Pearls would drop. But they had ten on them.
He nodded and said, "Fine, take out all the Dark-Spirit Pearls you have. I’ll let you off this once."
