Chapter 103: Army Assembles, Building a City
Johnnie easily made his way to the city governor’s residence.
The guards at the city governor’s residence recognized him and immediately went to report to the city.
"Master!" Vivian happily ran up to him. She hadn’t seen Johnnie for a long time and missed him a lot.
Johnnie smiled and nodded, then asked, "Vivian, how many subordinates do you have now?"
"Five thousand soldiers, all of them Stage 2, level 10 elites." Vivian said with some pride.
"So many?" Johnnie was a bit surprised. A Level 1 city usually only had 3,000 soldiers.
"Master, are you planning to attack Blazefire City?" Wei Wei An asked, she already knew Johnnie’s plan, and these soldiers were all prepared for him.
"No." Johnnie shook his head. "I plan to build a city at the ruins of Novice Village No. 433."
"Novice Village No. 433?" Vivian was a bit surprised, frowning. "Master, Novice Village No. 433 is on the edge of the Dark Forest. Now that the Dark Forest is open, the monsters inside will interfere with your city-building. My people won’t be able to handle it."
She knew the power of the Dark Forest monsters. The weakest ones were at least Stage 3, and her soldiers couldn’t possibly stand up to them.
"Don’t worry. The Dark Forest has only one entrance. I’ll handle the monsters coming from that direction. You just need to cooperate with the players and protect against monster attacks from other city directions." Johnnie was confident. With his current power, and the passive stacking of the Great Transformation Sword Technique, he could easily block all the monsters from the Dark Forest.
