Chapter 20: Skeleton General, The Only Hidden Quest
This guy isn't going to evolve into a rare boss, is he?
Johnnie felt a sense of unease. With his current strength, he could barely handle an elite boss, but if this was a rare boss, he stood no chance.
"Princess?" The Skeleton General glared at the shattered crystal coffin, the eerie green flames flickering in its eye sockets. It immediately flew into a violent rage.
"Shameless human! Return the Princess!" The Skeleton General roared, urging its warhorse forward as it charged again.
"Damn it!" Johnnie cursed. He was sure there was something wrong with the brains of these skeletons.
He'd just smashed the crystal coffin; where was this "Princess"? He hadn't even seen a hair of her.
As the Skeleton General charged at him, Johnnie took a step back, moving with grace as he easily dodged.
Then, he charged toward the nearby Skeleton Archer.
The boss had already been drawn out, and this archer was just a nuisance, constantly harassing him with arrows.
With a flash of cold light, Johnnie slashed four times in quick succession. Damage numbers flashed, and the Skeleton Archer fell, dropping a white piece of equipment.
Whoosh!
