Glades Horne’s eyes crinkled with amusement. He pointed at Julia Bluen and said, hiding a smile, "Aren’t your clothes on you?"
Julia Bluen paused, stunned for a moment. She patted herself down and then started to laugh too.
She had been flustered by the Grandmother’s sudden arrival, which led to her searching for clothes while already wearing them, creating quite a comical situation.
Noticing Glades Horne struggling to suppress his laughter, she slid out of bed, shot him an annoyed glance, and said irritably, "If you want to laugh, then laugh. You look even funnier trying to hold it in."

Glades Horne then laughed heartily without holding back.
Julia Bluen punched him.
Downstairs, the Grandmother, supported by Uncle Ying and his wife, walked into the room and sat down on the sofa. The Grandmother was in high spirits, her face alight with a sly smile, as if she had struck gold. She showed no signs of fatigue despite waking up early.
