Chapter 73: What Do You Think You Are?
Florence Fuller turned the steering wheel and drove the car out of the parking space. Luke Gardiner suddenly appeared in front of the car, and she slammed on the brakes, her heart skipping a beat in fright.
Luke Gardiner saw her stop the car, walked past the front, opened the passenger door, and sat inside.
Florence Fuller glanced at him: "If you want to die, can’t you find another place?"
Luke Gardiner stared ahead: "What’s wrong with dying at your hands?"
"That would really dirty my hands."
Luke Gardiner frowned; he could see the storm brewing on Florence Fuller’s face, presumably wanting to curse his earlier action but holding back.
He muttered, "You speak pretty harshly too."
Florence Fuller grasped the steering wheel, and the car remained silent for a minute before she restarted the engine and drove out of the underground garage.

Laura Yates received a call from Michael Fuller, saying that Luke Gardiner was coming and they’d have dinner together outside tonight. He reminded her to just do what was expected of her and not let outsiders laugh at their family.
