Founder Of The Greatest Noble Family

Chapter 41:Boost of Physical Attributes

Jess’s response was a curt nod, her silence more telling than any words could be. Janet’s perceptive eyes noted the turmoil beneath Jess’s icy facade. Stepping closer, she took Jess’s hand in a reassuring grasp.

"Don’t worry," Janet said with a comforting tone. "Roland understands people’s hearts. He isn’t a typical ruthless ruler who oppresses his wives. You won’t be imprisoned here."

"And you can get resources to practice.Just look at me.I wasn’t even a practitioner but Roland dragged me and now I am a 1st rank warrior."

Jess’s expression shifted, a flicker of skepticism crossing her face. The noble’s reassurances seemed hollow to her, a deceptive balm for her unease.

At that moment, a deliberate cough cut through the murmur of conversation. Heads turned towards the entrance, where Roland stood framed in the doorway.

His appearance was striking and commanding.

Dressed in a meticulously tailored coat of deep crimson, embroidered with intricate golden patterns, he cut an imposing figure. The coat cascaded down to his ankles, accentuating his tall and statuesque frame.

His long white hair, a cascade of silken strands, flowed over his shoulders and down his back, catching the light and shimmering with an ethereal glow.

Roland’s face was chiseled and handsome, with sharp, defined features that spoke of both authority and charisma. His piercing eyes, deep and intense reddish, seemed to survey the room with an innate understanding, as if he could read the emotions of those around him. The combination of his regal attire and the elegant movement of his hair gave him an almost otherworldly presence, making it hard to look away.

As Roland entered the hall, his presence drew everyone’s attention.

He cast a brief, knowing glance at Janet and Priya, signaling them to step aside.
