I Became a Kindergarten Teacher for Monster Babies!

Chapter 49 Teacher was serious

"Enough," she said, her voice calm but firm. "Both of you — stop. I will talk to you two later."

Drake and Boo both stiffened. Drake’s golden eyes went wide, while Boo’s mouth dropped open in an offended little ’o.’ They knew that tone meant Teacher was serious.

Before they could squeak out an excuse, Alina stood and strode outside. She returned a moment later followed by two staff workers, both older-looking supernaturals.

They walked inside so casually, like a flood of water and half-burned flowers were just another Tuesday problem.

"Clean this up, please," Alina said, massaging her burnt hand gently.

One of the staff gave her a kind nod. "Of course, Miss Hart."

With a soft hum, the staff used their magic powers, a swirl of pale light rose from their hands, lifting the soggy paper bits and drying the puddles in seconds. Tiny glitter pieces floated up and swirled away into nothingness, like little stars vanishing in daylight.

Meanwhile, Luna who was still perched on the desk in her tiny wolf form, let out an annoyed huff as she shook her damp fur. She looked down at one of the staff members with her big yellow-brown eyes and, in her cute growly baby voice, demanded, "Air dry me too."

The staff didn’t even blink. They simply gave a polite little bow and waved their hand over her. A warm, gentle breeze circled Luna, fluffing her fur until it was as poofy and soft as a tiny cloud. She sat there smugly, tail wagging, nose in the air like a little queen.

Rocky, still a boulder in the middle of the room, finally popped back into his shy little boy form once the floor was dry again. He peeked up at Alina with his big eyes, cheeks rosy as he clutched his half-made paper stem like it was priceless.
