Inside a room on the second floor of the hotel, four gentlemen with golden hair were slowly taking their seats. They each hung their heavy coats, now speckled with a bit of snow, on the hat rack, revealing the robust muscles beneath their white shirts, only slightly concealed. They placed the weapons and relics they carried on their backs into their coats, to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings.
Beside the hat rack sat an inconspicuous black briefcase, but one of the gentlemen stood near it, unintentionally or otherwise, using his body to shield the presence of the briefcase.
The man leading them was about thirty years old, a resolute blonde man with a slicked-back hairstyle. He sat on the sofa, legs crossed, looking at the hot tea just served by a maid from the Turand Family, with steam hazy above it. Only glimpses of indistinct weapons could be seen through the fog, and it seemed as if a faint golden shimmer passed through the man’s eyes.
If Fisher had been present, he would have recognized it at a glance: this was a type of Communication Magic that allowed for long-distance communication. The gentlemen in the room fell silent, only occasionally glancing at the man on the sofa who seemed to be speaking to himself,

“Curion, keep the magic on for the entire duration. I want to see the negotiation process. After you confirm Fisher’s whereabouts, regardless of whether the Turand Family agrees or not, take him and bring him back to Nali… But be careful. Fisher is not someone you can overcome by force alone. Use the relic I’ve provided for you wisely.”
In the grand hall, seemingly constructed of gold, the room was void of others, except for a few Maids standing silently in the corners. Thus, her authoritative and casual voice echoed incessantly in that empty space, causing the few maids to bow their heads even lower upon hearing it.
“Yes, Your Majesty… The people from the Turand Family have arrived.”
As the man identified by Elizabeth as “Curion” responded, he suddenly heard a few footsteps coming from the corridor. After he reported this to Elizabeth, the voice within the magic instantly fell silent. But Curion knew that Queen Elizabeth was undoubtedly still watching the situation on his end.
This was not surprising. Whenever there was news of the fugitive Fisher Benavides, Queen Elizabeth had always taken it to heart, not to mention that she had personally taken such an important relic out of Nali’s treasury and entrusted it to him…
Thus, Curion quickly gathered his focus and looked up at the door. His colleagues also turned their gazes towards the entrance. He gently removed his gloves and extended his hand to Valentina, but she only glanced at him indifferently, showing no intention of engaging with him, and simply said,
“My butler has informed me of your purpose here. I had heard of Mr. Fisher Benavides’s deeds in Nali even before this, so as soon as we identified Mr. Fisher, we immediately checked on him… Unfortunately, we have not seen Princess Isabella of Nali, who has gone missing. I fear that there has been no progress for your task.”
