On the pitch-black Snake Head Street, Elizabeth gently helped Fisher onto her gold carriage, while Old Jack and Karma remained in the tavern without coming out.
They really owed Old Jack a word of thanks this time. If it weren’t for him, at his advanced age, taking a shotgun to stop the assault of the Human Worms, Fisher and Moli might not have made it until Elizabeth’s royal guards arrived.
