Dave smirked. "You'll see more than this soon. The Neo Marines are going to be the cornerstone of the new world."
When the ship docked, a group of Neo Marine officers stood ready to greet them, their uniforms pristine and their expressions filled with respect. At the front was Zephyr, the leader of the Neo Marines, flanked by several high-ranking officers.
There were Rhodes and Akoiji too, they are the Two Admirals of this Neo navy while Zephyr is Fleet Admiral.
"Welcome back, Dave," Zephyr said, his deep voice steady. "I take it the mission was successful?"
Dave stepped off the ship with Ace following closely behind, his sharp gaze meeting Zephyr's. "More than successful. Ace is free, and the Marines have been dealt a significant blow. Sengoku is dead, and their morale is shattered."
The mention of Sengoku's death sent murmurs through the crowd of Neo Marines. Zephyr raised an eyebrow but didn't let his surprise show. "You didn't hold back, did you?"
"I gave them a chance," Dave said, his voice calm but firm. "They chose their fate."
Hearing of Sengoku's death, a flicker of pain crossed Zephyr's face before he shook his head and sighed.
"He deserved it. He never opened his eyes to see the bigger picture," Zephyr said coldly.
Dave simply nodded. "I guess the old Marines have joined you?" he asked, his gaze shifting to Kizaru, who was standing nearby. Noticing Kizaru's now youthful appearance, Dave raised his hand in greeting. "Yo~~."
Zephyr nodded in confirmation. "Yes, though Garp and Tsuru are a little shaken by Sengoku's death. They'll recover quickly, though," Zephyr said firmly.
