Chapter 9: Team 7 Mission
Just like that, when Barseagle, Liz, and Kate went out. They were struck dumb at what they saw. They saw a huge figure just a meter from the entrance, looking at them with a faint smile.
"Ian!?" Daniel's eyes almost popped out of their sockets as he saw the familiar clothes and familiar faces.
But what's up with the size!??
Kate and Liz were also dumbfounded. This is Ian!? What happened? Why did he grow so big!?
"Y-you???" Kate sized Ian up and down.
In the vampire population, the average height was 5'7 and the tallest would be 6'7. Of course, there are exceptions. Such as those vampires with gigantifation blood ability that allows them to temporarily increase their body size to an exaggerated degree. But those are only temporary. And they are powerful, rightfully so, as they had the blessing of the natural strength of vampires and size equal to their werewolf counterparts!
Imagine, a giant vampire. Vampires, at their natural height, are already quite fearsome to begin with. Not to mention, a giant one? It's nothing short of terrifying when Kate thinks about it.
And now, there was one in front of them and he was her teammate!
"What happened to you?" Barseagle let go of his vigilance as he saw that it was indeed Ian. Then, his eyes narrowed into slits. "Hmmm... I don't know if my guess is true. But have you had a breakthrough and ascended to a true vampire?"
