Blood Meng needs to meet multiple harsh conditions to survive. Firstly, surgery is necessary, which takes at least an hour. Secondly, zombies must misjudge Blood Meng’s bodily signs and spare her while she is unconscious. After Blood Meng wakes up, she needs to get help, or else... it seems impossible. Without a weapon and just waking up, how could she escape? The only possibility is that the doctor is extremely kind and strong, having not only completed the surgery but also hidden Blood Meng away.

Lin Wu asked, "Nightmare, how much does Blood Meng owe you? I remember you usually can’t wait to kill her, why are you risking to find her now?"

Nightmare countered, "Since when did you start being so nosy?"

"Ha, where’s Nightmare? We’re one short, where’s that bastard?" Unlike Blood Meng and Nightmare, there is a personal grudge between Nightmare and Lin Wu. It wasn’t really a grudge, but some people are narrow-minded. Lin Wu could cooperate with Blood Meng and Nightmare, but he would never work with Nightmare. He’s a lone wolf with no credibility at all, and murder and robbery don’t evoke any guilt in him.
