Maya looked at Lin Wu, who handed over Forest Wolf to her, nodding to indicate it was okay.

Maya said, "Shana," and tossed her a shock bomb.

Shana caught the shock bomb but did not use it immediately; instead, she first threw a smoke grenade to the left. Once the smoke spread, she then threw the shock bomb. After leaving Wai with Maya, Lin Wu and Shana set off at once.

Lin Wu reached the sauna entrance alone, where an injured mercenary on the ground raised his pistol. Lin Wu took him down first, casually picking up the card, gaining the G36S and 30 rounds of 5.56 ammunition originally in possession of the mercenary.

Inside the sauna area was a corridor. Lin Wu leaned against the right wall and peeked to the left, then pressed against the left side to look to the right, before entering Stealth Mode and slipping out. A mercenary on the left spotted Lin Wu first, but Lin Wu’s stealth level and agility were too high, and in a flash, the mercenary couldn’t tell whether the person he saw was a friend or a target, or even if it was a human since he only glimpsed a blurry outline of a gray shadow. And so, the mercenary was finished.

Lin Wu took the weapons and bullets and continued forward, reaching the corridor’s left passage. Suddenly spotting a red dot moving on the wall toward him, he immediately dropped to the ground, avoiding the gunshot.

Changing position to peek and aim, this time Lin Wu saw a vague shadow wavering slightly under the lights. This reminded Lin Wu of a magazine he read last year, which mentioned that some of Fortress Company’s mercenaries were equipped with invisibility combat suits.

People wearing such suits could blend in perfectly with the surrounding environment when stationary.
