Chapter 773 - 350: Plundering
The dungeon scenario was still a building, but this time it was a 32-story hotel, with elevators now available for use.
Main dungeon quest: Rescue NPCs. There were still many uninfected humans in the hotel, who needed to be taken to the hotel rooftop where a bonfire would be lit, signaling a helicopter to pick them up. To complete the dungeon, first, 50 NPCs had to be evacuated, then the final dungeon boss would appear. Defeating the boss meant clearing the dungeon.
NPCs were hidden in every corner of the hotel, and they were safe. Only after the players discovered them could they possibly be attacked. Put simply, the zombies ignored them until the players found them.
Only Hell mode had main quests.
Only the player’s current floor and the 32nd floor wouldn’t spawn dead zombies again. If players cleared all the zombies on one floor and at least one player remained there, no new zombies would spawn on that floor. Conversely, once players left a floor, zombies would gradually respawn over time.
The above information was provided by the system after entering dungeon 771, catering especially to the players.
Just by looking at the information, Maya knew that this mission would require a large amount of ammunition. She could only be grateful that Stone hadn’t slacked off the night before. Who would’ve believed that a survival game would turn into a shooting game.
Shadow Squad was located on the top 32nd floor, which had seven large rooms, no zombies, and the stairs were blocked off, so descent was only possible via two elevators. The other half of the 32nd floor was the rooftop, which was the evacuation point for the NPCs.
