Exile Town, located at an oasis in the desert, was almost impossible to leave due to the lack of transportation.
The good news was that Exile Town had no firearms or ammunition, so in a way, the Orient Express had an overwhelming force advantage.
The bad news was that, in their eyes, the Orient Express was the perfect means to escape from the Desert Prison and the road to freedom.
