Fire Dance shook her head lightly, "Not very, but somewhat." It’s a valuable skill, but it’s not easy to use this system well. Just like real radar scanning, the radar operator has to distinguish whether a blip is a cloud, a bird, or a plane. A cruder radar can only make judgments by comparing movement distances manually. Advanced radars provide data based on the difference in speed detected in two scans: moving speed, size of objects. When necessary, it can also lock onto a target continuously.
Clearly, Fire Dance’s scanning skill was still on par with a World War II-era radar, but it was still a radar.
Lin Wu used Stealth, and Fire Dance followed, passing through two subway cars before Fire Dance tapped Lin Wu’s shoulder. It was then that Lin Wu turned to look at Wai and saw its eyes bulging out. He patted its head to comfort it and told it to wait as he himself felt his way out.

Lin Wu didn’t dare make a sound and nudged Fire Dance with his body. Understanding the hint, she backed away, and Lin Wu petted Wai’s head before retreating with the dog.
"Maya, the machete." Lin Wu left Wai behind and charged into the darkness.
Soon after, Lin Wu came running back screaming, and Maya greeted the green zombies with her knife. The corridor was narrow, and using the environment to her advantage, Maya was able to chop all the dozen or so green zombies to death like she was chopping vegetables. It was then that Fire Dance realized she had been in the way. If it weren’t for her blocking the path, Lin Wu would have led the zombies back much earlier.
Lin Wu was uncharacteristically not disparaging anyone and continued exploring with Fire Dance. The last subway car also contained green-skinned zombies. After eliminating the zombies, they descended from the subway and walked into the pitch-black tunnel, where they could faintly hear strange noises, like the calls of deep-sea dolphins or a soprano being choked, intermittent and echoing.
Starlight opened the map, which was clear under the headlamp’s beam, and said, "Ahead are three paths, Line 1, Line 2, and Line 3, besides the maintenance passageway, there aren’t many side routes."
Lin Wu stood to one side and said, "Any will do."
