Lin Wu climbed up to the lookout tower to observe the terrain for a while before whispering to Shana and heading out to set up the firecrackers. Soon, the firecrackers went off, and the Titan chased the sound away from the supermarket, reaching the front entrance. Lin Wu lit the fuse of the second firecracker, burned stamina to quickly stealth walk, and successfuly attracted the Titan after the firecracker exploded.

At last, the Titan was lured to the right side of the supermarket base’s main entrance, stopping at a distance of 150 meters from the base. This was the edge of Birch Park, where there was a half-meter-deep artificial pond for paddling, covering an area of over a hundred square meters. These weren’t the reasons why the Titan approached the pond. The real reason was that this location was an excellent shooting point from the lookout tower.

"One shot each, if you miss the head, you eat a mouthful of snow."

"Childish." The word had already been worn out between the two, and Shana said, "You’re not allowed to use the Silencer, use the AR15."

In the game, hitting a watermelon at 120 meters with an assault rifle was somewhat challenging because according to game data, the assault rifle’s range was only 80 meters with a four-times scope. Beyond 80 meters, targets in the scope would start to blur, with the blurriness increasing with distance. This is why the Forest Wolf could only reach a firing range of 500 meters.

As Little White Rabbit explained, the reason for the virtual firearms’ range limitation was to avoid mimicking a real battlefield. Real battlefield experiences are not enjoyable for players often, as one would typically die without even seeing the enemy.

Aided by the lookout tower, the standard range for the assault rifle was 100 meters. Through the scope, the Titan’s small head appeared as a mosaic, mixed with the mosaic of its body, requiring careful identification.

So the two of them played on, and after each had eaten a dozen mouthfuls of snow, they felt their behavior was too idiotic, a zero-sum game. They decided to flick foreheads instead. Eating snow could really freeze one, and might even cause a cold. Flicking foreheads wouldn’t hurt the other person.

After injuring the Titan, its roars attracted many minions, and so the two of them started a competition to clear out the minions, with the one killing more in a minute being the victor. After finishing off the minions, the loser had to go down from the tower to poke and scream, and this was the first time Shana systematically played the screaming game. While having fun, she asked, "Is this what you and Maya do every day?"
