In the narrative drawn by Fortress Company, the lives of the people in the non-plague quarantine zone were orderly and well-provisioned, directly calling the Truth Organization a terrorist group. In contrast, the Truth Organization depicted the lives of people in the quarantine zone as very miserable. Fortress Company had complete control over the narrative in the non-plague areas, ruling the people in concert with the officials under high pressure. The common folk could barely get enough food each day, lacked medicine, and lived in poor conditions.

Little Knife, "I think the Truth Organization’s words are credible."

Lin Wu retorted, "I think Fortress’s words are credible. Under the pressure of the apocalypse, it’s understandable to maintain social order through high-pressure management.
