Although he had returned to the normal world, Duke Carrot did not appear immediately.
After some thought, Anvis tried to contact the Duke using a Crystal Ball.
However, there was no answer from the other side.
After sending a video message to the Duke, Anvis took out an Alchemy Floating Disc from his ring, flew it into the sky, and looked around.
He was now near a low, grey-white rocky mountain range, surrounded by endless primitive jungles and wild grasslands. A few grey larks were startled by his appearance, quickly flying away while chirping.
The sun had risen high, and from Anvis’s perspective, he could see a wide, light blue river meandering through the forest, sparkling as it flowed towards the distant horizon.
Following the river downward, a city no bigger than a sesame seed appeared in his sight.
Fortunately, he had not been teleported into any perilous situation.
Controlling the Floating Disc, Anvis quickly flew towards the city, ready to find out where he was and how much time he had spent in the assessment.
But during the flight, he noticed an unexpected situation.
