According to the records in the ruins, the builders of the ruins were an ancient civilization race known as the Yaqiu people.
It is one of the last refuges of the Yaqiu civilization at the end of days, as well as the place that preserves the last sparks of their civilization.
The Yaqiu lived in the final years of the Old God Era, and Curse Ore was prevalent throughout their lives.
Owing to their prolonged exposure to the Curse Ore, they gradually adapted to its curse and in turn, employed it as their weapon and tool.
Lacking theoretical understanding, the Yaqiu did not realize the existence of chain reactions, simply using refined Curse Metal as a Mutated source to cultivate various powerful Mutated Demon Beasts through its intense Curse Field.
The cursed beasts, once transformed, would possess robust and distorted physiques, as well as terrifying Curse Auras.
Consequently, their minds often became damaged, which further facilitated the Yaqiu People’s control over them.
With the Mutated Demon Beast legion at their disposal, the Yaqiu gradually carved out their living space on the Continent, secured a stronghold, and began to steadily develop.
This way of life continued until some of the most mad Yaqiu scholars stealthily stole the eggs of Giant Dragons and cultivated a unique legendary species of mutant — Curse Plutonium Dragon.
Like ordinary Curse Mutant Beasts, the Curse Plutonium Dragon possessed a very intense Curse Aura and underwent Epic enhancements across various physical attributes.
