Chapter 262: Rhodes Vs Mira (Domestic violence)
Logically speaking, when a couple finally confesses and gets together, what comes next is obvious: a date! Shopping, eating out, maybe catching a movie, and, who knows, sharing a few jokes along the way.
In short, doing normal couple things to strengthen the bond.
But Rhodes and Mira? They didn't do any of that.
On the very same day they officially started dating, the two of them decided to... spar.
And not just a playful little scuffle in the guild yard, either. No, they went all the way out to the lakeside just in case they got too intense and accidentally destroyed part of the guild.
This was the first time Rhodes had ever seriously fought Mira. Usually, it was him and Elfman trading blows while Mira watched from the sidelines, playing the dual role of coach and referee.
Now? The coach had stepped onto the field. The referee was about to start throwing punches. And Rhodes... wasn't quite sure how to feel about that.
But to be perfectly honest, Mira, in her sports top, fitted shorts, sneakers, and her hair tied up in a high ponytail, looked really good.
The problem was, she looked too good. Rhodes's eyes kept wandering where they shouldn't.
Mira shot him a warning glance. "Focus. I won't be holding back."
"Got it," Rhodes nodded seriously, even though his gaze betrayed him.
