Chapter 295: Melina’s New Little Sister
After Ichiro and Melina split up to give Yujun and Leslie a bath, she went to Lady Bao’s room, remembering that the noblewoman had a big bathroom inside her bedroom.
When Melina entered the room, Jane, the maid, became alert of any potential danger, but when she saw the little girl in Melina’s arms, she relaxed.
"Oh my, who’s that?" Lady Bao asked with curiosity.
"There is no need for you to know that..." Melina replied coldly as she made her way to Lady Bao’s bathroom.
"Sorry for the intrusion, but this bath looks best for her," Melina continued.
Even if she wanted to be indifferent and cold to her hostages, she couldn’t barge into another woman’s bathroom without feeling rude, so she still excused herself.
Seeing the tub, Melina filled it up with water magic and heated it with fire magic, leaving Leslie astounded by the spell she was casting with barely any effort.
"Alright, have you taken a bath before?" Melina asked the little girl.
"Yes, in the river with Yujun!" she replied.
"Uhh, right. Well, this is a bit different..."
After helping Leslie take off her shredded dress, Melina noticed the excessive amount of lash marks on her back.
