While we were at Livia’s shop, she and the other three tailors were so entranced with Melina’s beauty that they ended up taking her to the back so they could try their best designs on her.
Livia even thought about calling a man who was an artist so that he could draw Melina wearing the dresses as a way to promote her business.
’She handles this place so much better than that Erden guy...’ I thought.
The previous boss was just sitting behind the desk while the tailors worked in the back, but Livia was active in every front of the store. In fact, it was the first time I had heard someone saying they wanted to promote their shop.
As far as I could remember, only big stores in the capital of Sephyr had the money to make flyers for promotion, so it wasn’t what I expected Livia to say.
However, it made me come up with a great idea that I didn’t know how I hadn’t thought about it before.
"Livia. You don’t need to call the artist... I wanna try something..." I said, making the lady raise an eyebrow.
Still, seeing my determined eyes made her smile and curiously inquire what I was thinking.
There was no easy way for me to explain my idea to her, so I told her to pass me a piece of papyrus for me to do a few tests.
However, before I could start casting any magic on the sheet, Melina came out of the backroom wearing a silk blue dress, which was one of the most formal attire that ladies could wear in Aridonia.
The outer layer was slightly see-through, and the inner layers showcased the mid-riff of her stomach as the skirt flowed down to her ankles.
