"Are you threatening me?" Marla asked the vampire leader, and the man scoffed.
He looked her dead in the eyes.
"Threatening? Of course, not. I am merely reminding you who is the ultimate boss here. And who you can’t afford to mess with? Do you think you are a match for me? Think carefully about what you speak in front of me. If I said Elliana Minerva is to be kept away from your revenge, you listen to me," The vampire leader said, his eyes turning dark.
Marla still wanted to refute, but Grayson held her hand to stop her from making any mistake.
He shook his head at her.
Now wasn’t the time to take out her frustration over this matter.
Marla looked into Grayson’s eyes who nodded at her calmly, patting her hand and she sighed before humming.
"Fine. Let’s keep Elliana out of it. However, if she dared to hurt my people and get my revenge, I am not going to hold back," Marla said, wanting to have the last say in the matter.
The vampire leader looked at others and nodded.
"Don’t worry about it. I will try to ensure that she is nowhere near the place where we will annihilate her husband. Sebastian Marino is going to have a long agonizing death," he smiled.
"So what’s the plan? I am sure you have something in mind," Marla asked, and the vampire leader nodded.
