"Out of nowhere," Prince Santo completed his sentence, and Lucas furrowed his brows before nodding.
"Yes. If you know about the story, why are you asking me? This is not the time -"
"I don’t know about the story. I am saying what I am seeing," Prince Santo said while looking behind Lucas, who heard the sound of low snarls and growling, and his eyes immediately lit up.
He turned around to look at more than 50 wolves who were standing in front of the rogue vampires, snarling and growling at them, to warn them to not enter the vampire kingdom, and Marcus took a deep breath.
"I don’t know if I should be relieved or worried about what is going to happen next," Prince Marcus whispered, and Lucas looked at the prince.
"Why are they just standing? If they are here to help us, why are they not attacking?" Prince Santo spoke again.
"They are waiting for their leader to arrive," Lucas and Vincenzo said simultaneously.
Stephano looked at Lucas’s happy expression and didn’t know what to think of that.
"For someone whose back is brutally hurt, you look quite happy," Prince Stephano said before he killed another rogue vampire who tried to sneak into the city.
"I am unapologetically happy because my savior is finally here. And as ashamed as I should’ve been, I am happy that she defied our King’s orders to go back to the black skull palace and arrived here," Lucas said.
