Chapter 509: Can he help?
"What are you doing?" Dexter walked to Elliana when he saw her sitting on the terrace with her legs dangling down.
"Just trying to sort out a few thoughts in my head. What about you? What are you doing here?" Elliana asked as she drank the herbal juice that her mother gave to her.
She didn’t want to believe that woman but Nathaniel nodded at her and asked her to go ahead with it. According to them, the juice was supposed to keep her powers in control and keep her sanity with her increasing powers.
Her eight locks were undone and only two were remaining. These two would have the hardest impact on her and her character development might take a drastic blow.
They even warned her that her soul might become darker than anyone in her history because she was sharing her witch powers with the Siren queen’s powers.
Elliana didn’t understand half of what they were saying, which was why she asked them to pour all the information one by one so she could process everything slowly and easily.
For now, she only knew that she was strong because she was the daughter of two strong dark witches and shared the hellfire of her father that wasn’t shared with Nathaniel. They believed that the reason behind it was because she was developed to share great powers.
Everything was a mess in her head.
Elliana sighed before looking at the sky.
"I wonder what kind of destiny I share and what else the moon goddess has in mind for me," Elliana whispered, and Dexter, who was standing beside her, deep in his thoughts, looked at her.
"Whatever it is, just think positively. You need to keep a positive mindset towards life to overcome the strongest battles and betrayals," Dexter murmured.
