Chapter 361: Not saved
"Glow, don’t be so angry. We all know that we are not allowed to kill anyone under our jurisdiction until the boss is present with us," Sasha said, looking at others for help and to continue pacifying the girl.
The Duke, who had gained consciousness after being unconscious for an hour, looked around, his gaze hard yet fear residing in his heart.
He noticed a few things about these girls, and none of them were good.
Everyone was wearing what looked like a costume with Black angel wings and the symbol on the hand or back.
They looked like they were a part of some cult or organization that had been hidden all this while because he was one of the highest order Duke who dealt directly with the royals, and he never heard of any such women’s group.
Their faces were hidden and only eyes were visible. Even though it was hard to decipher who these ladies were because of their completely hidden bodies and faces, their auras weren’t something that looked like they were easy to truffle with.
"She said we can play with him before killing him. This time, she wants us to kill the person too. I know what rules you are talking about, but you didn’t see the condition we found Chloe in. You didn’t read the medical reports or what the doctor told us," Glow sighed at Sasha who looked at Natalie, but the latter only hardened her gaze, a clear indication that she was with Glow this time.
Sasha looked at Misha, who was one of the softest people in the group, but to her surprise Misha looked away too, leaving her sighing.
"Well, if you are going to do anything, I am going to record it to show the leader what her girls are learning in her absence. You know she hates unnecessary blood baths the most," Sasha commented, sighing in relief when she saw Glow’s hand freezing on the butcher knife that others didn’t even notice until the blade shone in the dim light.
Sasha wasn’t against what was happening. She knew if Glow and others were so angry and adamant about hurting this man, the things Chloe suffered must be worse.
However, she still didn’t want anyone to come for their leader. This man wasn’t just a roadside vampire, he was a Duke for crying out loud.
