Chapter 350: She changed everyone
No one said anything.
They quietly sat in front of the room, waiting for any movement from the doctors inside the room. Or any kind of indication of message that was fine.
And it wasn’t long before the door of the room finally opened and the nurse walked out, her gaze immediately lowering when she noticed the royal vampires.
"How is she?" Lucas was the first one to rush to the nurse, wanting to ask the question, his prince was itching to ask.
"She is very weak at the moment. If you hadn’t brought her here on time, and the prince hadn’t given his blood to her, she might’ve become critical beyond saving. The wound was quite deep. That’s why it didn’t heal even after the blood transfusion. She is out of danger, but still a bit critical. Also," The nurse paused.
"Also?" Lucas urged her to complete the sentence.
"Throughout the process, even in her unconscious state, she was murmuring everyone’s surname. I mean, she was calling for Mr. Marino. Is there anyone in particular whom she calls by this name? Or was it generic?" The nurse asked.
Everyone looked at Sebastian, sure about who was the man the nurse was talking about, but rather than walking to the nurse or inside the room, Sebastian turned away from everyone and walked ahead towards the fire exit, closing the door behind him.
"Has he lost his mind for real? Why is he walking away when she is clearly calling him?" Santo scoffed.
This was really unacceptable.
Freya was about to walk towards the fire exit to urge him to go and meet the girl, but Stephano held her hand.
