Chapter 200: A tale of pain, a tale of past
In the heart of Sun City, inside a Dinky club known for regular customers of the poor section of society, a woman sat on one of the stools near the bar counter, looking as beautiful as ever.
She had nice clothing on her body, enough to hide the essentials, while her porcelain legs and hands lured the people around her.
It was amazing, a rare sight to see such cultured beauty sitting in the club where all the men and women were here to have some quick fun with each other and probably some good booze to drown their miseries.
Though she looked sophisticated and cultured from a good family, everyone could see that she was quite drunk. But maybe for her, it wasn’t enough.
"Hey, bartender, give me another bottle of beer," she slurred, making the bartender look at her with a heavy sigh.
"I have been watching you for quite some days. You are new in this area, aren’t you? We don’t get many customers in this local club since everyone wants to go to those big ones despite whether they have money for it or not," the bartender said, and the lady looked at her well-manicured nails before humming.
"I am new here. I am probably new everywhere I go. A person without a home and a wander is supposed to be like that, no?" She smiled, her beauty unmatched, and the bartender smiled.
This wasn’t the first time he was meeting people who usually call themselves homeless in this local club.
Though the people are drunk most of the time, it was the truth of people here. Almost half of them were homeless and usually came to this place to hook up and spend a night with someone who got a home.
