Chapter 189: In your silence, I hear your voice
Elliana knew what Misha must be suffering from.
She was one of the most innocent girls in her group. The innocent girl has seen her parents being shredded to pieces in front of her.
Thus, seeing a siren eating a human, tearing flesh must’ve traumatized her in a way that no one can understand.
"Outside, a friend of mine is waiting. Bring him inside. Don’t show your face to him or share any details. He doesn’t know anything about me," Elliana ordered Glow before taking a deep shaky breath.
"No matter what you hear, don’t enter the room until I call you," She bit her lower lips before placing her hand on the doorknob.
It was going to be hard. Though she always acts tough and well-composed, her heart breaks every time she sees them sad.
’She needs me,’ Elliana said to herself before opening the door.
It was as if someone punched her in the chest.
That’s the kind of pain Elliana felt when she saw Misha sitting in the corner of the room with a scared look on her face.
She was shaking her head uncontrollably as if denying what she saw and the reality of it, her hands ruffling her hair in frustration and anxiousness.
Her hands were bleeding profusely, probably from her scratching her skin to ease her fear. Her nails were brittle, and her hair was a mess. The clothes she was wearing were soaked in her blood.
