Chapter 117: Bring a bodyguard
"What happened to the princess, sir? She left so abruptly. She didn’t even eat anything. Is that because she had to drink the milk forcefully?" Miss Zoya asked Sebastian, and he looked at the space in front of him before sighing.
"You don’t need to worry about that. She doesn’t like turmeric milk, and I kind of forced it into her mouth. She is just throwing a tantrum," Sebastian stood from his place, and Miss Zoya hummed.
"Please don’t be so hard on her. The girl was probably scared for her life today, not to mention how Mrs. Victoria looked at her and tried to insult her," Miss Zoya said, and Sebastian hummed.
"I’ll keep that in mind. Don’t worry. She’ll return for the night’s dinner. I’ll be in my office," he murmured, and Miss Zoya bowed in respect before leaving to tend to her maids and see how their work was going.
Meanwhile, Elliana stood with her eyes wide, and her heart beating at a high pace. Her back was plastered on the door as she took deep breaths to calm herself and rubbed her cheeks to calm the hotness she was feeling.
She didn’t know what kind of feeling this was. It wasn’t like this was the first time the prince had kissed her or she was embarrassed. Then why the hell was she feeling so hot suddenly?
Elliana touched her lips and remembered Mr. Marino’s forcing the milk into her mouth, the kind of milk that she doesn’t like. However, she didn’t even taste the milk. She was so shocked by his actions.
She didn’t even know if he realized or not, but his other hand was so close to her chest that it almost made her nervous.
This was wrong. She shouldn’t be thinking this. Elliana walked to the bed before jumping on it and flailing her legs, annoyed.
She shouldn’t be feeling so naughty with the prince, but what is she supposed to do when that’s the only thing she can think of? She is yet to see his face, but his lips... They must be surely beautiful. At least the way they moved against her lips was breathtaking...
"Ahhh!" Elliana rolled on the bed before wincing in pain when she hit her ankle on the side of the bed.
