Chapter 114: Good obedient wife
"What are they talking about?" Victoria nudged Stephano, and he looked at her with an annoyed expression.
"Do you think I can hear anything if you aren’t able to? He took her there to speak in private for a reason," Stephano said.
"I know, but Grandpa, did you see how Sebastian manhandled her? I don’t think he is really treating her right. Even if we can’t hear what they are talking about, don’t deny that your sharp vampire senses can sense her fast-pumping blood. She is nervous or scared around him, and why would she feel that again?" Victoria asked.
Though Stephano knew that Victoria doesn’t really like Sebastian, the way she was portraying things was quite annoying. He wanted to prove Sebastian wrong too, but jumping to the conclusions like this without proof was like hitting your foot with a hammer.
He has done this before too, and every time he comes out wrong. Stephano looked at the couple and noticed how Sebastian held her hand and pushed her on the wall.
"Grandpa, don’t you think you should interfere?" Victoria asked, and Abramo was about to call for Sebastian when they saw Sebastian shuffling and raising his hand.
Was he griping her chin? Why would he do that? Was he intimidating her?
"Why didn’t you treat your wounds before coming downstairs? Don’t you know that they might cause septic? I am a vampire, and I feel like I know more about how to care for a human than you do," Sebastian sighed, and Elliana looked down at her feet before smiling at him cutely.
"I forgot. Hehe," Elliana said, and Sebastian narrowed his eyes.
"Acting cute won’t work on me. You will go with Miss Zoya now and apply some ointment, okay?" Sebastian asked, and he was about to turn when Elliana held his overcoat.
He looked at her with raised brows.
