Something is wrong with her mind. If anyone had told her this, she wouldn’t have believed it. However, now that she was walking this raw rough path to the forest, Elliana could see something was wrong with her and how she thinks about things.
If there had been anyone else in her place, they wouldn’t have walked down this path where she doesn’t even know where she was going anymore, at least after what happened with her and those human boys.
She should’ve been careful and cared about her life and health, but what was she doing? She was following some random signs that some mysterious person was sending to her on her phone through messages.
It has been fifteen minutes since she started walking. The message said that she needed to be at the lake, and Elliana walked there with her trembling heart. But that wasn’t all.
Now that person wanted her to come to the directions he/she was giving.
Heck, she doesn’t even know if the person she is meeting was a man or a woman.
Elliana was putting a lot of trust in her faith and good luck, and now after walking for another fifteen minutes, she was starting to suspect, if this person, whoever it was, even wanted to meet her.
Her phone pinged with another message, and she nearly threw it away in annoyance.
Just one more sign. She will follow this last sign, and if this person doesn’t show up, she will turn around and leave. Elliana told herself before walking in the left direction as the message said. As soon as she reached a little clearing, her phone pinged again, and she scowled.
’Well, this message and the person messaging me can go to hell. I don’t want to do this anymore,’ Elliana thought in her mind and turned around. However, as soon as she did that, she stumbled on a pebble and fell.
