Unholy Player

Chapter 158: New Guest

Once the environment was fully rendered, Adyr looked around.

He found himself in a vibrant setting filled with grass, trees, flowers, and the sound of birds chirping. The immersion level was impressive; the simulation’s technology was clearly refined.

In front of him lay an open area with various building materials scattered across it.

Not long after, a system message appeared before his eyes. Unlike the all-powerful system prompts from the other world, this one came from the simulation itself.

He quickly read through everything—rules, controls, and useful instructions—and grasped the general mechanics with ease.

On the edge of his vision, a shop interface hovered. It mostly offered construction tools and materials, all available for free. Beyond that, the system was clean and straightforward, with no unnecessary complexity.

It was clearly designed for one thing: pure, practical talent development based on real-world logic.

Understanding what was expected of him, Adyr got to work.

Judging by the materials already laid out, the simulation was likely intended for him to build a small hut. But Adyr knew something so basic wouldn’t be enough to elevate his Architect talent to Level 2. So, he opened the shop and selected additional supplies.

Each item he clicked appeared instantly in a stack beside the existing materials.

Within moments, a sizable pile had formed in front of him—everything he thought he might need.
