Harry, seated comfortably in his office, was jolted upright as a figure suddenly appeared before him. His heart skipped a beat—until he recognized the person.
It was His Highness, Daniel.
A broad smile immediately lit up Harry’s face.
Just days ago, Harry had received a personal commendation from the head of the Commerce League, all thanks to this man—Daniel. If it hadn’t been for that chance encounter and his decision to personally attend to Daniel’s request, Harry knew his own future would have been completely different.
By all rights, Harry lacked the qualifications and background to ever rise to such a high position within the League. But fate had smiled on him.
He was now the vice head of the Mington Branch of the Multiracial Commerce League—a title he could scarcely have dreamed of before meeting Daniel.
"Your Highness Daniel," he said with a respectful bow, "what materials do you need? I’ll head to the warehouse immediately. If we have them, they’re yours—no payment necessary. We’re family here, after all."
Hearing that, Daniel couldn’t help but sigh inwardly.
