The leader of the Aerial Tigerfolk youth battalion was a tigress named Hoohoo—a fearsome female tiger.
Don’t be fooled by her gender. Among her kin, Hoohoo possessed the largest physique, the most graceful build, and the most exquisite stripes. She was a walking contradiction: wild power and refined beauty fused into one.
She stared at the name floating mid-air for several long seconds.
Daniel.
The name seared itself into her memory.
"Stop standing around," she growled. "Keep attacking the [Grand Gold Rat]!"
"Unfortunately, it seems we’ve lost our shot at the Myriad Races First Kill this year. Let’s just secure the Racial First Kill at the very least."
"ROAR!!"
With a savage bellow, Hoohoo’s razor-sharp claws slammed down on the rat boss’s skull.
The [Grand Gold Rat] screeched in pain and lashed out with a counterattack, but Hoohoo dodged it nimbly, her movements as fluid as a river.
It was obvious now—the rat was nearing its end.
