Chapter 84: The Egg That Hatched A Troublemaker
It was only after a long time that he came up with an answer as to the reason for this phenomena.
It was all thanks to the fights he had been in!
Every time Drake got into a fight, he always put forth his full concentration into channeling and controlling the magic energy drawn from the seal, into his body whether for defending or attacks.
And with every second he spent trying to use his magic powers; he exerted his mind by trying to use more and more magic power from the constellations. Therefore, he had unconsciously been spreading his mental imprint over more and more of the stars of energy. And with more pressure his mind faced both from external and internal forces, his mental strength grew stronger and stronger by the second, thereby raising his mastery over the energy in his seal more and more.
Drake was elated at this.
He thought, ’Doesn’t this also meant that the more I fight the more I gain mastery over my energy control? This is perfect! At least now I don’t need to spend all my time stuck in boredom trying to master control over my energy.’ Drake was very happy with this realization.
Suddenly, Drake no longer felt like staying to cultivate in his room. He wanted to go out and get into a fight against somebody.
But then he felt frustrated, the best target to fight against was Edward since he currently had some beef left to settle with him. The only problem was he had no idea where that idiot would be. And the person whose power was on that same level Carlos was stuck in training with Commander Seth so he was out of the question.
Drake could only sigh in disappointment and just got back to training the old fashion way.
After a few hours he couldn’t take it any more and left his room to go get something to eat. However, just as he was a few steps away from the dorm, he suddenly received a notification alert on his student armband.
BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!
