Chapter 26: Let’s go have some fun!
As the cab drove off, Luna couldnt help but breathe a sigh of relief now that she finally got away from Kaizer. All her nerves finally completely relaxed.
While walking with him, she felt so suffocated that it was like she was drowning, and what she was drowning in wasnt water. It was like she was naked, she felt like his eyes were a thousand disgusting skeleton hands caressing against her skin.
She had wanted to run away, but she couldnt, since he would just follow her wherever she went. It was only now that he could no longer look at her that she finally felt she could breathe again.
That looked exhausting! the driver said from his seat to Luna.
You have no idea. She groaned absentmindedly.
The man chuckled lightly, Youre probably right. I can only imagine. Then he asked, So where are we going?
I dont know. I dont really go out much and this little outing has worn me out, just take me back to my car. Luna replied. Even she didnt know why she kept responding. It was like she had been hypnotized.
Youre already done exploring such a big city?
Well, I would have loved to visit an amusement park. Ive never been to one of those, so I thought it would be nice to maybe go for a walk there like normal person. She couldnt help but say as she looked out the window. But then she shook her head. Anyway, Im tired. I need to go back home, maybe Ill just take a shower and get some sleep.
What so early? But theres so much to see. Nope! We cant have that, you need to have some fun. Its decided were going to an amusement park!
