Chapter 96: Bathing together (Light R-18)
I exited from my core.
Opening my eyes, I found that mother had been staring at me with a blank expression on her face.
Seems I was out for too long.
"What were you thinking for so long? I even tried to wake you up but you didn’t respond."
Was I that immersed in there? I didn’t feel a thing.
"I was actually checking my core just now, I feel like the world tree is somehow responsible for this." I briefly explained it to her.
She already knows about the world tree, well not the one that is inside me, but the one that she fused me with.
It is a possible reason that she can believe in it. Even though that is the truth.
And I don’t plan on explaining about the world tree that is inside me for now.
I will do it later when I feel like I can reveal to her who I really am.
Even though I feel nothing will change much, there is always this feeling of losing her if I reveal the whole truth.
It hurts that I am hiding it from her, but currently, I really can’t bring myself to reveal it yet.
