Chapter 784: Mutation
"You still haven’t answered me, what is your plan?"
Wen Wen stood in front of Ning Zhewan, who looked at Wen Wen gratefully and quickly escaped the building.

Then, with a slight wave of his left hand, a column of lightning shot towards Xia Weiyi, but it was blocked by a defensive Rune.
What slightly concerned Wen Wen was that this Rune had appeared automatically from the book rather than being actively deployed by Xia Weiyi.

Upon hearing this question, Xia Weiyi instantly felt as though he was being targeted by a thief and quickly clutched his precious Rune Book.
