Catastrophe Containment Facility

Wen Wen, clutching Qiao Feiya’s hand, led her in a series of teleports, fleeing for their lives. Carrying an extra person meant double the energy expenditure, and soon they were both gasping for breath.

Physical contact was necessary to bring her along, so Qiao Feiya requested they hold hands.

In Wen Wen’s opinion, any form of contact would be more comfortable than holding hands...

Unfortunately, they were in the midst of an escape, otherwise Wen Wen, who seemed experienced but was actually a pure-hearted young man, would surely have his imagination running wild.

The two had just completed a teleport when Xiuluman, having been duped by Wen Wen once again, would likely take another two minutes to catch up. Meanwhile, Wen Wen, overly exhausted, also needed a short break before he could perform the next teleport.

So, the pair started running in the designated direction. After a while, disaster struck; a deer-headed muscular monster threw a punch at them, which Qiao Feiya deflected with her sword.

Two new monsters appeared in front of them, one being the strange Golden Silk Monkey with its tail in the front, and the other was Aker Aru, whom Wen Wen had encountered before!

Aker Aru’s eyes were blood red, looking as if it would charge at Wen Wen and rip him to shreds at any moment.

But perhaps due to the severe damage it had suffered last time, or because it wasn’t in its own space, Aker Aru seemed fierce but only possessed the strength of the Disaster Upper Order.

If it were just it and the monkey pursuing Wen Wen, he wouldn’t have been afraid. Unfortunately, there was the problematic Xiuluman close behind, and Wen Wen couldn’t afford to waste too much time on them.
