Catastrophe Containment Facility

Jumo drove an old van, bringing Wen Wen and Barcode to an iron factory on the outskirts of the city.

This was a normal factory, producing ordinary steel, except that the owner of this iron factory was Red Beard.

He had always been using the factory’s resources to help himself search for some rare metals and perform some simple forging throughout the entire region.

At the edge of the factory, there was a relatively independent area, with a factory building at the center, which is where Red Beard worked.

The building was covered with a layer of insulation, looking somewhat rudimentary, but beneath the tin, it was built entirely of steel, resembling a fortress. Just this building alone was actually quite valuable.

The temperature nearby was abnormally high, and even though it was now in the depths of winter, it gave off a burning sensation.

After Jumo called out, the factory door was opened from inside. The first thing to emerge was a hot blast of air, followed by an unpleasant smell that made Wen Wen very uncomfortable.

Looking inside through the opened door, one could see bodies hanging within the building, the source of the smell that was detected earlier.

Wen Wen’s impression of Red Beard had already hit rock bottom before he even saw the man in person.

Red Beard emerged from within the factory building, with sweat evaporating off him like white mist, and a fiery beard that looked like a flaming red fire on his chin.
