The reason he left Tao Qingqing was that he sensed a change within the Sanctuary; something had happened to Wang Zixuan and another who hadn’t transformed, Zhao Fei.
This kind of event required Wen Wen to confirm personally what had exactly happened.
When Wen Wen arrived, Wang Zixuan and Zhao Fei were rolling on the ground, dark pus oozing from every orifice in their bodies.
The pus was foul-smelling, involuntarily inducing disgust in anyone who smelled it, and its evaporation rate was incredibly fast, disappearing without a trace within seconds of hitting the ground and forming plumes of black smoke above their heads.
The black smoke slowly shaped into two distinct Demon apparitions, a giant insect on Wang Zixuan and an unrecognizable black Demon on Zhao Fei.
The expressions on both Demons were incredibly frightened, as though something had gone beyond their control.
Wen Wen narrowed his eyes; these two plumes of black smoke must be the Demonic energy that resided within those who had not transformed, and now, due to some mishap, this energy could no longer cling onto its victims like psoriasis.
The whole process lasted about five minutes before Wang Zixuan and Zhao Fei stopped their thrashing, stripped of any wicked aura.
And as the two clouds of black Qi continued to dissipate, Wen Wen, taking on the appearance of a Calamity Prison Supervisor, released two black Energy Spheres to envelop the dissipating black Qi.
